KTV Session @ Green Box

Gosh. My semester’s Week 1 had just commenced this week (Sept 2nd to Sept 4th), I’ve attended classes for all four of the subjects I am to take, and I already have 10 assignments waiting for me. If you know Psychology, Procrastination = BAD RESULTS. So, After knowing my OMG-ly bad results (a B and a B-) for my last semester, I wanna work hard and try to reach for an A- for my subjects this semester. Ganbatte!! =P

So, I haven’t been blogging T.T Because I am busy coping myself with the new semester, and try to get the things started and go on smoothly RIGHT on the spot when the assignment was given. But, my blog came alive and told me to update I cannot leave my blog alone lah… so after a series of Famine post, now I’m going to update something not so Faminey. =P I went to Greenbox at Sg. Wang with Mia and Peili to sing K a couple of weeks ago. It was fun. Peili and Mia’s voices are powerful and good! I feel abit embarassed due to my bad singing, despite Mia and Peili’s compliments. Hahaha =P Here are some pictures of us ^^

Taken using Mia’s handphone cuz it has the Light thingy. Gasoline was DARRRRK =P

Mia acting funny~ we were in the elevator that time ^^

And a proper picture of her~ =P

Mia is a very good singer~! You should try singing with her =P

Peili! She’s very good at FALSETTO. VERY good. ^^

Met up with Theresa who was working at KL that time! Her work just ended and she met up with us after our KTV Session and we had dinner together~~ =P

Well, that’s all. We sang quite a number of songs, such as Claire Guo Jing’s, Mika Nakashima, Christina Aguilera, Siti Nurhaliza and many more, but I can’t remmeber them. Ohkay, anyway Green Box is really cool! and Worthy! Rm9.20 each person for 3 hours with unlimited drinks (from a variety) and unlimited snacks (from a variety as well) for Happy Hour with Student Price! I am SOooOooOOOoo gonna go back there again =P

30-Hour Famine 2008 Phase IV

As I mentioned in Phase III~, I woke up at 7am! Have a little chat session with Sam and Marcus, then we went to prepare ourselves for the morning. There was suppose to have Yoga exercise in the morning at 8am, but it seems to have been cancelled. Thus, we went straight into the preparation of the photoshoot in the morning. The photoshoot was to be done at the outside, and REALLY, it was so hot a mad cow would jump over the moon if that would cool it down. Eu Veng took a picture and I dunno whether it is a coincident or not, I am in the picture.

I look like I am in utter distress. I assure you I didn’t pose for this picture. REALLY.

Anyway, after the photoshoot, (which I didn’t get a copy of it XD), we then took the buses on our journey to the Bukit Jalil National Hocket Station. My group was in Bus A! =P And so by 11am, we arrived at the stadium! It was crazily bored! =) It was super hot and we were all sweating like mad. The stadium is open-aired and they were selling some fans. Really cute orange ones!

And I purposely took pictures of the famine fans! Evo then suggested that we take some JUMP pictures! =P And I tell you, for first timers like us, we were totally hopeless. But, I did do some levitation pictures =P

When we attempted the bloggers jump, I took a wonderfully cute picture of me levitating. Hahaha =P nice eh? =P

And you get to see a bunch of use trying our best to create the best jump shot! Though seriously, this many people and so many first timers, we were all pretty bad at it. Look at my levitation jump again, lolx… I am at the far left by the way =P

And this is a picture of “Bloggers Only” jumping =P Marcus exclaimed that we were kicking in each other’s nuts… hahaha XD I beg to differ =P We were just coincidentally posing with a leg up in the opposite direction… yeah… that’s it. ^^

You DEFINITELY have seen this picture before! Since I posted it for the Famine Prologue! And this facepaint, I got it from some people (for free) at the Stadium, they were drawing it for us for free~ hahaha =P

And I even got Ian’s friend to draw that Inai thing for me! A 3 with a heart-shaped 0! Love it =P hehehe ^^

And they actually let around 200+ balloons up into the sky! Which a lot fell back onto the floor due to the huge rain! =D

These came to my direction! And they look like blood drops…hahaha!! =P

Alrite, since I had TOTALLY summarized part four, let me add abit of details! The concert, I didn’t enjoy it cuz I was really tired. They had various DJs and VJs and Hosts and Hostesses from various FM and TV programmes to host the concert! They had Luo Yise, Michael Wong, Franscisca Peters, Charmed Allstars and many others to perform for us! However, while the concert was on, it rained like the 1% of a thunder storm came to Malaysia. It was raining Majestically. Did I tell you guys I actually like the rain? If I have not, I do. ^^

Anyway, I was so bored, I actually went and play Big 2 (Chor Dai Di) with Alex, Zhen Ning and Yeow Wen. Yeahhhhhh, we had nothing better to do. But it was quite effective in making me forget my hunger. =P However, as it was Michael Wong performing his well-known songs, everyone was singing together, and occasionally I was chatting with Shu Ling and made new friend - Edward (the Emcee), it was already closer and closer to the 30th hour! =P

Alrite. This is the end of Phase IV. I got really lazy, and there wasn’t much details anyway =P. So, hahaha! Hope you can still accept Phase IV, while waiting for Phase V, the final phase! =P

Moyu Online | 魔域:王者之翼

Moyu Online is a chinese MMORPG which is Free-2-Play for life. I visited the main website and actually seen the game being played before. It is pretty cool. There are a couple of cool stuff that I want to point out after analyzing the game and the site for abit! =P The game is pretty different in a few extra-cool features from other games. The most significant one is the Pet System. But I’ll go into that later in the post. Remember, you can click to enlarge those screenshots that I took while I’m playing the game! =)

Firstly, I find the Trap System very cute and interesting at the same time. By direct translating, the system is called Lucky “Trap”. It not like its BAD you know. This trap occasionally appears at random location by chance, and probable after defeating some minor enemies. These traps grant you certain buffs of sorts. These buffs may be extra experience points, extra attack power, extra speed, extra money loot and many more. Below is a picture depicting the “trap”. The green circle, if you step on it before it disappears, then you will be granted one of those buffs mentioned above. The site advises you to kill off minor enemies, allowing more lucky “traps” to spawn and grant you some buffs before confronting big bosses. It does turn the tide around I believe! =)

The lucky “trap” I found when I was playing my character, Valvaris

Alright, so I mentioned the pet system before, didn’t I? The pet system is pretty different to the games I had played before. The pets in Moyu are sort of like your party member. They can fight as well as you can! Unlike in other games, where the pets are optional and probably can only do small amount of damage, the pets in Moyu are pretty much your companion. It is made in this way that these Mystical Pets will be with you through the game so that you don’t have to venture alone! You even get to hatch these pets on your own, by “manually” hatching the eggs! =P You need to spend an hour to hatch it, and you cannot go offline during this hour. Well, I doubt that you will anyway, since normally we’ll spend at least 2 hours on-game. Aside that, it has over 40 types of pets to choose from! There are fairies, cute looking animals, pets as mounts/transportations and so many more! Your pets can even level up with you and evolve! Their looks even change into cooler looking ones when they evolve! =P Look at the pets in the two pictures below.

The pet is a winged-fairy look-a-like. So cute and cool at the same time right?

And that is the Pet’s skill list.

PETS WITH SKILLS! Totally AWESOME!

Now look at that two flying pets. One with angel wings, one looks like a dragon.

They are both pets, and yes, you can actually have two pets at the same time.

And look at that graphics, totally cool!

My two Fairy pets, Phobos and Deimos

My pets Casting a fireball/meteor Spell~

That’s not all. Lucky “Traps” and Pet Systems aside, I am quite fascinated with the game’s graphics. The skills animations are pretty large scaled, as shown in the picture below. It is really very impacting. Look at those fiery animations. It does not lose when compared to other online games. Moyu is a pretty interesting game with a whole new look to it. Special is something which attracts. =)

A cool graphic picture I found on the net…

Look at the Flaming Bar at the bottom~

When I Level UP! Look at me Shine! =D

One of my Special Skills~ Look at the bombastic Graphics~ =P

Yeap, so those are some clear pictures I found on the net and some of the screen shots I took while playing the game! =) It is really awesome! =D

Moyu online’s official website is MOYU. Click the word MOYU to enter the site. It is pretty comprehensive! They list out their features and also many one by one step on how to do certain things, such as hatching eggs and some other guides to the game. It is in chinese, though. Do enjoy! =)
