First month, January, was a fun month. Many things happened and Many things done. February is tomorrow, and I have several more things to talk about, regarding things that happened in the month of January. After this, there will be one (or two) more posts about Chinese New Year and we’re done with this month. =)
I looked forward to 2009 , yet it is abit not-so-excited for me. I believe 2009 will be the year I start anew, so hurray for me. I have lost 9kg. I’m not sure if I have lost more, or gained some (it is CNY after all!). I had gathered and met up with many of my highschool frens, it was really fun! =) I’m looking forward to more successful and happy stories about myself in the coming months.
Alright, on with the ‘reports’. First I wanna talk about Renai Rider! Well… I came across this video about Buono! (a japanese girl-group) singing and dancing to the song Renai Rider. I showed it to Seok Mei and instantly she wanna try replicating a video on it. Originally, it was Seok, me and Han Sheng. But HanSheng FFK-ed us last minute (means he pulled out last minute, due to some reasons…) we had Wenli replace HanSheng. She only had 4 hours to learn it so be glad the video is even done! The video’s purpose is for entertainment and fun! If you all laughed, smiled or are even entertained very much by our video, we’re happy for you ^^

This is the group pictures taken using Weixiong’s Camera, it is part of the post about the New Year Gathering a few posts ago. He has a remote control which can be used to make his camera snaps a picture =P So cool~ ^^
This part features the first half of the Prom that was held at Sime Darby Convention centre for Bpsych students & lecturers alike! It was really fun!
A few of us performers and committees arrived early at the venue to prepare/practice and had a final rehearsal for the performances. The place was pretty awesome! It was soon flooded with people! It was a blast. Saw my friends all dressed up, smart, handsome, pretty and flamboyant. Totally amazing sight. Though I was pretty nervous with my upcoming performances. Alright, off with my rantings. Be prepared to feast your eyes upon TWENTY-THREE (23) pictures I took from my friends (and my own handphone).

The Opening
consists of four dance medley by the Prom & Student Council Committees!
We kick it off with a slow WALTZ by Huafu, Xinyu, Fabio and Moon.
(They exchanged partners half way through the dance, as part of the choreography)
Followed by a fast-going, cheerful JIVE by BengTack, YeeLing, me and ShuLing.
Immediately after that, a passionate RHUMBA by Daniel and Natalie!
We bring the opening to a closure by having a fun group CHA CHA CHA by all the dancers from before (and some extra committees~)

Right after that, Kok Wui came out to say a few words, and being part of the Choir (for me, Natalie, Daniel and Shu Ling), we were already positioning ourselves for the next performance!

I don’t quite remember the agenda after the opening, so here goes.

Not long after, we have our dinner! It was awesome. There were all kinds of meat, vegies and sorts. They’re probably not the best~ but hey! It was really good =D
Soon after, Mr Franklin, with Piano played by OonYow, were to singing some songs.
He even dragged a couple of staffs and lecturers to sing some Christmas Carols with him.
Mr Kenneth’s harmonizing is POWERFUL =)
Not to forget! We have SHAWN! He is damn good. I enjoyed the whole beatbox performance he gave, I felt like dancing!!! XD
Then we have the HELP’s Street Boys, or something along those lines. They consists of Dr. Albert, Dr. Goh, Mr. Gerrard & Justin. They were good! They sang us three songs, it was so thrilling! =P
With the Street Boys’ last song - La Bamba, we couldn’t help but dominate the dance floor with Agogo dances and funny twists and shakes! =P

Wow! You must be wondering “yungchien suddenly so damn hardworking, he’s updating his blog twice!”
No! Well, sorta kinda, but not REALLY. I checked my pictures folders and I realize I got around 10 more folders NOT BLOGGED. OMG! Definitely I need to double post for a couple of days to finish up until the latest. I DONT wanna clot things up again lah… T.T
Anyway, a couple of months back Uncle William (my Latin dance instructor) celebrated his Birthday at OUG Club! It was awesome, we were dancing alot! It’s like imagining a whole bunch of dancers (alot of his dance students were there!) And it was a ballroom dinner =P
Though I don’t have all the pictures. T.T But still. I think I can find them. It just depends whether I will upload them. Hahaha ^^ For the weirdest reason though, I don’t know why I cannot find the pictures we took that day XD hahaha =P

Another long-due post. Really, I just had time. But seriously, I decided to update cuz I think people are complaining. But hey, my finals are coming and then I’ll get my holidays again! Then I will update everything, aight? But while I still got time, I’ll still update =P
So this one should be one or two months ago I presume.. but hey, at least i UPDATED. So yeah, here goes. Viennesse ball workshop, but sadly it was postponed and I couldn’t go because I had a camp (and yeah, that camp post will come later as well =P haha)
Anyway, so we took a couple of pictures la, we learnt Viennese Waltz, a type of ballroom dancing which requires turning. And Jovita was the teacher =P Just enjoy the pictures lah ^^

I’ve got around… 5-6 long due posts…. XD hahaha =P Try me best ya..
Last week I went to Euphoria at Sunway with a bunch of my friends. Namely, the guys from Desa, Leonard, Shu Ling and Xin Rou. Leonard was able to get the guys on guest list, while for the girls, it’s ladies’ night, so free admission! So, THANKS Leonard~ =P
Anyway, Shu Ling and I had been planning to go Euphoria for a long time. We didn’t have time till last week! We arrived at Euphoria and as we step in, I was welcome by the sight of a very big and impressive-looking dance floor. As a dancer, that’s totally the first thing I look at. Besides, I was pretty much awed by the beauty of the “smokeless” club and the magnificent lightings as well. =P
That night, we drank abit and got kinda high~ Mind you! We weren’t drunk. In fact, no one was. We only drank like…. 1 glass? Anyway, I can’t stop moving my body to the music. Finally, I pulled ShuLing and Xin Rou onto the huge, almost-empty dancefloor and rock ourselves to the awesome beat of the music. Soon after, the guys joined us as well and the dance floor was packed with people, shaking their booties to the marvelous beat of the music. After a series of description, I believe the pictures can do the rest of the talking.
