Famine Training 2009

ALRITE! UPDATE! And fear not, I have watermarked pictures for at least 2 coming posts, so updates will be KINDA often… hopefully :p So this post will be about my famine training!

I signed up for 30-Hour Famine this year, too! This is my third year joining this event and I hope it is going to be as interesting, if not more! ^^ I registered myself as the group leader, so I have to go for some kinda training to know the agenda, layout and flow of the event. 9am to 6pm training, MARVELOUS, i tell u XD

Anyway, we had some kinda talks, speeches, and participate in the games we’ll be playing on that day! Since we’re group leaders, we’ll only be facilitating our group members. That means we won’t be playing these games on that day, so we play it during our training! We’re in charge of debriefing, too, so we will debrief better after experiencing it ourselves! =)

Since there might be participants, I won’t reveal too much of our activities, but here is a sneakpeek! The reason you can see this is, you won’t be able to recreate this on that day, there won’t be enough.. erm… environmental advantages. =P

That’s all for the Famine Training. On the 22nd (next week), I will have to go fast for 30 hours!! Hope I will meet cool new friends, and initiative, strong participants!! ^^
