Business Presentation… for a Psychology subject =P

BooYa! Its ANOTHER update! Yupz!

A couple of days ago I was rather free and I watermarked… photoshopped (??) about three folders of pictures. Therefore, I can update continuously! Nyaaahahahaa~! I feel nice about blogging.

Alright, so… I have this subject known as Industrial/Organizational Psychology, which, well, talks about how to use these psychological knowledge in an organization, whether its for job analysis, employee analysis, worker’s engagement/satisfaction/motivation, etc. The lecturer gave us an assignment.. where.. we were grouped into 9 per group, and we become a “Consultant Firm”. The lecturer is a “client” where they want to expand their educational organization into other states/countries. They wish to use ONLY their staffs in the new campuses, i.e, they want to promote from within their company.

Our job, is to devise a SELECTION plan - to see who are suitable and qualified to be promoted and undergo training to become Managing Directors and Head of Departments; TRAINING plan - to train the staffs so they can become more skillful and competent; EVALUATION plan - to assess whether the training did enhance their abilities to take on the leadership positions.

So, as for today, we’re suppose to present our ideas/plans to the lecturer (who is suppose to be the HR Manager) in a business manner, not a student/colloquium presentation. It wasn’t that bad, since he was pretty much in a good mood i presume. I think I did fairly well in my part. At least, my group mates said I did well. xD

Well, her name in cantonese ends with the word “Weng” and.. “Yi” is the cantonese pronunciation for Aunty xD

It’s all because she looked Aunty when she wore Mic’s glasses xD Coincidentally, Weng Yi can also mean swimsuit. =P

I wore Ying Pin’s scarf. We were supposed to be studying for our exam later that day, AFTER the presentation xD

My glasses are falling! This is Jia Yi, I think it is probably the first time she appeared on my blog.  =P
