A Night of Steamboat @ Hui-xin’s Place

Wahliao! After like FOREVER, finally you guys can see an update in my blog wei….

Firstly, I really wanna apologize to my readers… my college life had been taking over my schedule for SO DAMN LONG I tell you I nearly broke down in the process, but I didn’t. Lolx =P But anyway, finally I get to catch a breath and do something, I thought about you all! So now you can see an update, (oh finally!) , on my blog =P

Of course, many things had happened through out the days and weeks I haven’t been blogging, and I have alot of things to blog about, but I will go slow and slowly blog one by one lah! Before my rampaging assignments start taking over my life again. A couple of weeks ago, we all went to Hui-xin’s house to have a steamboat dinner and play games - board games =P

I’m Going Silent this Halloween with Nokia XpressMusic

I am sure you people have had Halloweens which were:

Party-Nightly

Outrageously Noisy

Creepily-Filled-With-Random-People-You-Don’t-Know

and Included:

Loud Sounds

Blasts of Music

Horrible Moods (Or so)

This time. It will be different. Nuffnang and Nokia brought us this: Silent Halloween!

As the name implies, this Halloween party will be “more or less” “Silent”.The party will be conducted through handphones and headsets that is loaded with musics and songs! Only invited people get these, and for people who know me, this is why this post exist-lah~! =D

What more, it is also a social event for Bloggers of Nuffnang (and their friends) to meet new people and make new friends! Whoa, for the weirdest reason, I’m beginning to imagine myself enjoying the party. But that is not the point. I’m actually posting this to tell you guys.. WHY NokiaXpress Music had made Halloween better.

Firstly, MUSIC. Well, due to the fact that I have not been to ANY Halloween events before, I shall say how NokiaXpress Music enhance my first experience. Music is like a must for my life. I sing and I dance (for people who know me, you should know~). So yeah, it surely will enhance my first (sorta) Halloween Party, more so I’m really a party-animal, I get high on good musics. =P

Secondly, it kinda enhances my identity. Well, imagine if I dress up as something red…. like a bloody……..er….thing. And I’m holding a red Nokia. I can imagine ppl thinking, “Whoa….. so red” Hahaha =P But really, it will be another matching item for my dressup! So, its the “cool” factor-lah.. in a way.. XD

What’s third? A SILENT HALLOWEEN. Hello? Who organized this event? Nokia. What is the item of the event? NokiaXpress Music. Holy-moo, that TOTALLY super-duperly definite that it will enhance my first Halloween experience. I mean, yo! I get to go to a cool event with a bunch of cool crowd and I stand chances to win COOL phones wei. Need I say more? =P *wink*

Last but not least, outstandingness. I mean, look, Nokia XpressMusic’s the COOL Factor, while, I am the CUTE/HANDSOME/FASCINATING Factor. The addition/multiplication/combination of the 2 factors? OUTSTANDING. Come on. I know you agree. =P

PSG’s Personal Empowerment Training (PET)

Last Saturday was a blast! Peer Support Group (PSG) of HELP University College organized yet another marvelous Personal Empowerment Training (PET) for the members of PSG. This is, by far, one of our best training ever conducted. We had several powerful trainers, Usha, Urmela, Josephin and Justin (our very own Career Sense Staff) to conduct the training. Our new members (soon-to-be mentors) did very well in participating as well!

The participants were initiative, suggestive, and willing to participate! We LOVED you guys! It was really happening! I was so glad I decided to go help out! I even made a lot of new friends there! The training was great, even though I had already gone through the training, I felt that I kept learning new stuff during the training, whether from the trainer, or from the participants themselves. All of them were wonderful! =)
